Open Positions

Roofing Crew Member

Hands-on role installing shingles, underlayment, flashings, and assisting lead carpenters. No roofing experience required — we provide paid training.

Lead Roofing Technician

Experienced roofer responsible for job leadership, quality control, and mentoring crew members. Must have 3+ years of commercial/residential roofing experience.

  • Higher hourly rate + leadership bonus

Project Coordinator / Estimator

Office-based role supporting project scheduling, estimates, and customer communication. Strong organizational and communication skills required.

 Sales Representative

Customer-focused role responsible for generating leads, meeting with homeowners, and helping them choose the right roofing or exterior solution. Training provided, roofing knowledge a plus but not required.
